Please review our terms and conditions before engaging our service. By entrusting your items to us, you are agreeing to our company’s terms and conditions as listed below.

  1. Cleaning methods

    Items will be cleaned according to their respective care label instructions. In its absence, we reserve the right to exercise the best cleaning methods according to our own discretion.

  2. Stains

    While we are usually pretty good at removing stains, there is no guarantee that all stains can be removed or that we will be able to discover all of them. We are not responsible for any stain that we did not discover nor those that were not highlighted by you. Also, note that stronger stain removal methods have greater chances of damaging the overall fabric and garment. We will engage our best efforts to remove any stubborn stains, but in cases of judged difficulty, we may not proceed to attempt to remove certain stains to keep the items’ condition intact. Cleaning charges will remain the same whether or not stains are removed completely.

  3. Possibility of shrinkage

    Sometimes, certain fabrics experience some level of shrinkage after cleaning, although usually slight. We are unable to determine if this will happen, nor the amount of shrinkage that will happen. This is a natural reaction due to certain fabrics that are not “pre-shrunk” and we will not be liable for such situations as they are not within our control.

  4. Special materials

    Fur, leather and suede are especially fragile materials. Should you submit any of these materials for cleaning, be aware that the cleaning process may cause an existing flaw or wear and tear to become more apparent. We will not be responsible for any flaws or further damages to these materials from the cleaning process.

  5. Delivery and collection terms

    Should our appointed staff arrives at the designated location for collection or delivery and is unable to reach you, you will be charged a transportation fee for a rescheduled delivery. We are not responsible for any change of schedule that is out of our control to collect or return your items. In the event of a rescheduling, we will notify you of the possible rescheduled date and time. However, if your items are not collected after 30 days from our first notification, we reserve the right to donate it to a charity of our choice.

  6. Payment

    Our accepted payment methods are Paynow or cash on delivery basis. Items will only be released upon full payment.

  7. Limitation of liability

    Should we agree to accept responsibility for liability, the amount will not exceed $300, or the proven value of the item; whichever is lower. To be eligible, the issue needs to be reported to us within five calendar days. The item will need to be retained by us for inspection until full settlement of the claim and will be returned to you afterwards, unless agreed otherwise by us.
